Join us on a captivating 12-day photography tour, delving deep into Vietnam's rich culture and natural beauty. We start our journey in the lively Ho Chi Minh City, capturing the essence of its dynamic streets, before transitioning to the Mekong Delta, where the craft of brick-making and a backwater cruise awaits.
From the tranquil sunrise at the salt fields of Hon Khoi, we'll explore the coastal areas, mingling with traditional fishermen, capturing their daily rhythms and age-old techniques against the backdrop of the vast seascape. The bustling markets and ancient streets of Hoi An await next, a harmonious blend of the past and the present.
As our journey progresses, we'll find ourselves amidst the aromatic ambiance, witnessing the colorful process of incense stick drying, a craft passed down through generations. Venturing further, to discover the hands-on artistry of fish trap building in Thu Sy village. As our unforgettable expedition draws to a close in the vibrant surroundings of Hanoi, we return not just with stunning photographs, but with a host of experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.

We've found that small groups provide the best experience. That's why we've limited this tour to 8 participants. That means there will be plenty of one-to-one time for everyone.
Tom has real-world experience of shooting professional travel images and can ensure that tour guests will benefit from the knowledge he has gained in decades of travelling and photography.

He doesn´t show you his way, he shows and facilitates you to find your own way.
He tries to help you to be your better version as a photographer.
He is very generous with information about every aspect of photography; in a gentle mood he gives you tips and sound advice to improve and enjoy your own photography even more.
He is so respectful of your own taste and interests and, in no way, he forces you to change your identity as a photographer. So many «teachers of photography» think that´s his way is the only one and they want you to take photos as they do. Tom doesn´t.

THE TRIP WAS PERFECT
I had the privilege to join Tom and on this incredible trip to Uzbekistan. When I was first invited to join the group I thought, will it be dangerous? Well, nothing could be further from the truth. Uzbekistan is a country full of extremely inviting people with ready smiles...Tom took us to places that I could have only imagined, from barren lands where we spent time in a yurt and were entertained by local people to the magnificent UNESCO sites and cities full of history and culture.
Tom is a great teacher and took time out to help each and every one of us. No question was ever too ‘silly’ to ask. I would not hesitate to join him on another photography tour. Everything was well planned and not rushed.
The trip was perfect until the end when we had to say goodbye; goodbye to the people and country of Uzbekistan and goodbye to our group. But wait! It’s never goodbye. I now have friends around the world and hope to travel with them again one day. Until then…..
