2. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $800 is required to confirm your place on any tour.
The balance of the tour price is due as follows: 50% of the remaining balance 90 days before the tour start date and the remaining 50% 45 days before the tour start date.
Payments can be made via our secure online platform.

3. Cancellations by You
Cancellation more than 90 days before departure will result in the loss of the deposit.
Cancellation between 45 and 90 days before departure will result in a 50% charge of the tour price.
Cancellation less than 45 days before departure will result in a 100% charge of the tour price.

4. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any tour for any reason at our discretion. In such an event, you will be offered a full refund of all monies paid or the option to transfer to another tour.

5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all our travelers and should cover medical expenses, injury, death, and emergency repatriation. We strongly recommend it also covers cancellation, personal liability, and loss of luggage.

6. Health and Safety
You must be in good physical health to participate in our tours. It is your responsibility to ensure you have consulted with a healthcare professional regarding your fitness and have disclosed any medical conditions to us.

7. Passports, Visas, and Legal Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and all necessary visas, permits, and certificates.
Visas for Bhutan are included in the tour price. We can assist with obtaining a Nepal visa if required.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for any personal injury, death, damage to property, or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays, or any other matter beyond our control.

9. Images and Marketing
You agree that we may use images and videos of you taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

10. Complaints
If you have a complaint during a tour, please inform the tour leader immediately. If the matter cannot be resolved, you should contact us in writing within 30 days of the tour's conclusion.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Billing Conditions

Welcome to Raw Tours Ltd. These Billing Conditions govern the payment, refund, and billing practices of our services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms, which complement our General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any of our tours. This deposit is part of the total tour cost and will be deducted from your final payment.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due in two installments: 50% of the remaining balance 90 days before the tour start date and the final 50% 45 days before the tour start date.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and our secure online payment platform. All payments are processed through a 256-bit encrypted secure online platform with no additional fees.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking, the $800 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made between 45 and 90 days before the departure date will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost. Cancellations made less than 45 days before the departure date will incur a 100% charge.
• Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation confirmation.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

• The tour price is all-inclusive as detailed in the itinerary. This includes accommodation, meals as specified, tour guides, entrance fees, and internal transport.
• Not Included: Prices do not include international airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, or gratuities.

4. Changes to Bookings

• By You: If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate your request subject to availability and any additional costs incurred due to the change.
• By Us: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

5. Late Payments

Failure to meet the payment schedule may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of any amounts previously paid. We will attempt to contact you before any cancellation is made.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for participating in our tours. It must cover medical expenses, injury, death, and emergency repatriation, with a recommended minimum coverage of USD $200,000. Proof of travel insurance must be provided upon final payment.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding billing, payments, or refunds will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
